This returns policy applies to the following countries: United Kingdom
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Products can be easily returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, received the wrong item, or if the product is defective or does not fit, you can contact our customer service via info@blkwrkfashion.com for assistance with returning your product and obtaining a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the product must still be in its original packaging.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The actual return costs must be paid by the customer to the shipping carrier. This applies to both unsatisfactory and non-defective products. Please note: it may be necessary to return the product to China, which could incur high costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to the payment method used at purchase within 7 days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
